The DIP Metal Oxide Varistors MOV Voltage Dependent Resistor VDR 07D Series, also called Zinc oxide varistors, is a semiconductor voltage-limiting surge device made of zinc oxide as raw material at high temperature. It is widely used for its excellent nonlinear characteristics and strong surge absorption capacity. Overvoltage protection in electronic circuits, voltage range: 18 ~ 820V, can withstand surge energy of 0.25 ~ 1.75kA.
